Description

You will serve as a Technical Services Engineer, focusing on complex system support and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues holistically, spanning application, database, and storage tiers.
• Manage and maintain complex, mission-critical production database systems.
• Configure and manage systems covering Linux performance, memory management, I/O tuning, and security.
• Apply basic coding or scripting to address technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
• In-depth knowledge of networking concepts: DNS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS.
• Experience with storage engineering, including NAS, SAN, SSD, multi-pathing, and caching.
• Ability to read code and basic scripting proficiency in languages like Java, Python, Ruby, C, C++, C#, or Javascript.
• Understanding of customer workloads regarding performance, availability, and scalability.
• Experience with clusters and general system troubleshooting.
• Self-taught, highly curious, and multi-faceted problem-solver.
