Description

You will serve as the primary technical contact for customer technology discussions and the escalation point for technical issues within the ECS landscape.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer system architecture, business needs, and challenges.
• Advise customers on technical requirements, constraints, and innovations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop long-term service plans and execute ECS portfolio services.
• Conduct impact and risk assessments for planned changes and drive problem management activities.
• Provide guidance on SAP S/4HANA architecture, migration paths, and support technical planning and integration.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP BASIS administration experience.
• Strong BASIS skill set, including migrations (on-premise to cloud) and upgrades.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Experience supporting SAP NetWeaver administration, migrations, and upgrades.
• Demonstrated understanding of SAP cloud integration scenarios (SCP, Ariba, SuccessFactors).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Self-organized and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of total working experience in technical services or SAP administration.
