Description

Act as the technical subject matter expert and product owner for Trade Surveillance requirements, supporting Compliance and Sales and Trading Risk.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed, functional, and testable specifications.
• Manage agile delivery through feasibility analysis, scoping, and prioritization of deliverables.
• Liaise between business units and delivery teams from product definition through deployment.
• Write BDD cases to streamline QA and UAT processes.
• Serve as the SME for business stakeholders regarding system and data questions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with software development projects.
• Strong SQL and data analysis knowledge.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end business requirements definition, structured analysis, and process design.
• Proficiency in Agile SDLC concepts.
• Technical background in Java, Scala, or Python.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence decisions and collaborate across IT and business groups.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial products and institutional trading.
• Experience building visualizations using Tableau.
