Description

Lead OS deployment and endpoint management strategies for large-scale environments supporting 25,000 to 50,000 endpoints. Own the migration from SCCM and ManageEngine to Intune, including co-management and workload sharing.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy Windows 10/11 SOE images from scratch using MDT, SCCM, and ADK.
• Implement and configure Autopilot for self-driven and user-driven deployments.
• Automate vulnerability remediation and system optimizations using PowerShell scripting.
• Troubleshoot Distribution Points, site issues, and deployment failures to ensure successful patching and application delivery.
• Convert legacy logon scripts into modern preferences and compliance rules.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in OS deployment using SCCM.
• Expertise in MDT, ADK, and industry-standard imaging tools.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and SQL query skills.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and provisioning packages.
• Hands-on experience with Task Sequencing, PXE, boot WIM, and driver injection.
• Proven ability to manage Windows 10/11 SOE, including driver and file injection via DISM.
• Experience with SCCM application packaging and OS security patching.
• Proficiency in managing OneDrive and Office 365 products.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building SOE lab environments for POC and imaging testing.
• Experience managing transitions from initial onboarding through the go-live phase.
