Good to Have Skills: Experience with ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, Version Control Systems like Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab, CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and containerized environments, Cloud Platforms AWS and Azure experience, Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies, strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Cloud Certification (AWS/Azure) and ITIL Foundation or Advanced Certification preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage Configuration Management and CMDB Management processes across enterprise systems and applications.
• Handle Configuration Identification, Control, Status Accounting and Verification Audit processes for organizational compliance.
• Work with ITSM tools and platforms to ensure proper service management and incident resolution.
• Implement and manage Change Management, Release Management and Environment Management processes effectively.
• Conduct Configuration Audits, Compliance Reviews and Governance activities to maintain quality standards.
• Manage Infrastructure and Application Configuration Management across multiple technology stacks and environments.
• Support cloud platform operations and containerized environments for scalable application deployment.

Experience Required: 16 - 20 years of experience in functional architecture and configuration management roles
