Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of technology projects aligned with client objectives, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for BFS clients to assess needs and provide strategic advisory.
• Develop long-term technology roadmaps and digital transformation strategies in collaboration with clients.
• Mitigate cybersecurity threats and data breach risks by ensuring solutions meet industry-specific security protocols and compliance standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to guide technical delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role specifically within the BFS domain.
• Deep understanding of banking processes, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of delivering technology projects for BFS clients in a client-facing capacity.
• Expertise in technology solution development.
• Proficiency in risk management and cybersecurity threat mitigation.
• Strong capability in strategic planning and roadmap development.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
