Technical / Solution Architect SME

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of FCCRM technology solutions, ensuring high-quality execution from planning through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology delivery oversight for FCC solutions, managing timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Implement and refine Agile methodologies including Scrum and SAFe to drive continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and compliance teams to align technical execution with product strategy.
• Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure all technical solutions align with regulatory requirements including BSA, AMLD, OFAC, FATF, and FinCEN.
• Monitor KPIs related to software development, system performance, and compliance adherence.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technology delivery, software development, or IT project management.
• 3+ years leading FCC-related technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of financial crime risk management, AML solutions, and transaction monitoring platforms.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks such as BSA, AMLD, KYC, and sanctions compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud-based FCC solutions and API-driven integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud platform experience with AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with data analytics, machine learning, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agilist, AWS/Azure, or ACAMS.
