Description

Lead enterprise data integration projects from design through deployment, owning solution definitions and technical architectures.

Responsibilities

• Produce solution definitions, design artifacts, and detailed technical architectures based on business requirements.
• Define system, sub-system, and component architectures, including data flow diagrams and system run books.
• Lead data management developers and analysts through implementation, including design and code reviews.
• Perform source data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues and recommend remediation rules.
• Participate in QA strategy, defect triage, and architectural assessment for roadmap projects.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of enterprise data integration and management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Governance (Axon), Data Quality, and MDM.
• Proven track record of leading at least two large-scale Data Governance, Quality, and MDM projects from inception to production.
• Direct experience with data profiling, cleansing, and identity resolution tools.
• 2+ years of experience within the Healthcare provider domain.
• Extensive experience in client-facing consulting and technical leadership roles.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
