You will manage strategic accounts and technical project execution to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic account operations and provide consultative services to address customer needs.
• Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and quality control.
• Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve project challenges and improve product operations.
• Support pre-sales activities by advancing Proof of Concept (POC) projects.
• Decompose project goals and control processes to ensure successful implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, post-sales, or the IT industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networks and websites.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for client service and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Proven project management experience with the ability to control implementation processes.

Preferred Skills

• Linux skills.
• Experience with network analysis tools.
• Proficiency in shell scripting and website optimization.
