Description

You will lead technical implementation and vendor management for AWS Connect and Salesforce integration projects across APAC markets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical scoping sessions and challenge third-party vendor proposals.
• Review and validate technical specifications, solution designs, and integration patterns.
• Oversee API development and manage integration points between systems.
• Validate vendor deliverables and provide guidance on call flow design and IVR architecture.
• Manage technical dependencies and conduct risk assessments across multiple markets.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of technical experience in financial services or insurance.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with telephony systems.
• Deep understanding of CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) principles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, specifically AWS Connect.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and middleware integration patterns.
• Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and customization.
• Experience with contact center technology implementations and API design.
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements in financial services.

Preferred Skills

• AWS or Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Lambda functions, Amazon DynamoDB, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of omnichannel contact center solutions and telecommunications infrastructure.
