Description

You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer product inquiries via phone and email.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer concerns related to installation, operation, maintenance, or product compatibility.
• Troubleshoot hardware equipment and software applications, recommending corrective actions.
• Document customer communications and recurring technical issues to aid product quality and development.
• Administer, configure, and support network protocols and technologies.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in network protocols and technologies.
• Experience with DHCP, ICMP, IGMP, IPv4 & IPv6.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, Perl, C++, Java, JavaScript, or Shell.
• Working knowledge of networking industry products and protocols.
• Familiarity with Linux environments.
• Experience troubleshooting using tools like tcpdump or Wireshark.
