You will investigate technical issues and troubleshoot complex operational problems across messaging platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical issues using SQL and data analysis techniques to identify root causes.
• Troubleshoot interoperability issues across messaging platforms and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and external partners to communicate issue severity and impact.
• Manage multiple priorities while contributing to continuous process improvements in technical operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Solutions Engineering, Consulting, or Account Management.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis for issue investigation.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical and operational problems.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
