Description

You will own technical support for complex product inquiries, resolving issues related to installation, operation, and maintenance. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, recommend corrective actions, and document recurring issues to support product development.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email regarding product application and compatibility.
• Resolve technical concerns related to installation, operation, and maintenance of systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware equipment and software application issues to recommend corrective actions.
• Document customer communications and recurring technical issues to support product development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, configuring, and administering network technologies.
• Expertise in debugging and troubleshooting network protocols.
• Proficiency in C++, Java, and Python.
• Experience with Perl, JavaScript, and shell scripting.
• Deep understanding of LACP, LLDP, and MPLS.
• Practical knowledge of NAT, OpenFlow, and OSPF.
