Description

You will own technical support for complex product inquiries, resolving installation, operation, and maintenance issues while troubleshooting hardware and software to support product development.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email regarding product application and compatibility.
Resolve technical concerns related to the installation, operation, and maintenance of systems.
Troubleshoot hardware equipment and software application issues to recommend corrective actions.
Document customer communications and recurring technical issues to support product development.

Required Skills

10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, configuring, and administering network technologies.
Expertise in debugging and troubleshooting network protocols.
Proficiency in C++, Java, and Python.
Experience with Perl, JavaScript, and shell scripting.
Deep understanding of LACP, LLDP, and MPLS.
Practical knowledge of NAT, OpenFlow, and OSPF.
