Description

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer hardware and software issues.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries and technical concerns via phone or email.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, recommending corrective actions.
• Document customer communications and recurring technical issues for product development.
• Support installation, operation, and maintenance of products.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience designing, deploying, configuring, and supporting network protocols.
• Strong proficiency with Linux operating systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting tools such as IXIA, tcpdump, or Wireshark.
• Programming and scripting skills in C++, Java, Python, Perl, JavaScript, or Shell.
• Working knowledge of networking industry products and protocols.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across both hardware and software domains.
