Description

You resolve customer product inquiries, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support product quality through detailed documentation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone and email.
• Resolve concerns related to installation, operation, maintenance, and compatibility.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Document customer communications and recurring technical issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in network protocols and technologies.
• Experience designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, and debugging network systems.
• Proficiency with troubleshooting tools such as IXIA, tcpdump, and Wireshark.
• Strong comfort level with Linux administration and operations.
• Working knowledge of networking industry products and protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Programming or scripting skills in C++, Java, Python, Perl, or JavaScript.
• Industry certifications and prior TAC experience.
