Description

You will document business processes and workflows as a Technical Writer. You translate complex workflows into clear documentation, draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and consolidate disparate materials into structured documents. You collaborate with stakeholders to verify process accuracy and quickly learn new technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business process workflows into clear, written documentation.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of professional technical writing experience.
• Proven experience writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Experience working within Salesforce environments.
• Ability to analyze and document business process workflows.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and listen to technical requirements.
• Portfolio of previous work or writing samples.
