Description

You will own talent pipelines for niche technical roles across the US and Australia. You partner with recruiters to define requirements for product, technology, and customer engineering positions.

Responsibilities

• Execute research and sourcing strategies to identify high-quality passive candidates.
• Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn, and alternative channels to build deep talent pools.
• Attend intake meetings to align sourcing efforts with hiring manager expectations.
• Recommend and implement new sourcing processes to support long-range growth.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruitment.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and complex Boolean search string construction.
• Strong command of technical jargon and IT terminology.
• Experience sourcing for Software Engineers, Program Managers, Solution Architects, and DevOps roles.
• Proficiency using GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Seekout for candidate discovery.
• Familiarity with Linux, CI-CD, and Java from a recruitment perspective.
• Experience with social media hiring via Twitter and Facebook.
• Proven ability to source for remote/virtual engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Computer Science or related technical degree.
• Background in IT education or professional services.
