You design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform.
Responsibilities
Maintain, enhance, and create workflows, Flows, and other functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment.
Develop and manage Communities.
Proactively identify needed system changes and communicate them to users before implementation.
Develop advanced, customized reports, dashboards, and respond to ad hoc reporting requests.
Handle and implement third-party integrations and troubleshoot arising application issues.
Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or information systems or related field.
8-10 years of experience in an Information systems operations environment (Analysis, Design & Development).
5+ years of professional experience developing and administering applications in Salesforce platform technologies (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud).
5+ years of experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, SOQL development, and JavaScript.
5+ years of experience building and managing Communities.
5+ years of experience in SFDC Design, Analysis, Configuration, Customization, and Coding.
5+ years of experience with the SFDC data model and its data migration/integration capabilities.
Strong reporting background using standard Salesforce reporting functionality.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, Jitterbit, or MuleSoft.
Handle web services API integrations (REST & SOAP) with internal and third-party systems.
5+ years of experience with SCRUM/Agile Development practices.
