You design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and create workflows, Flows, and other functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment.
• Develop and manage Communities.
• Proactively identify needed system changes and communicate them to users before implementation.
• Develop advanced, customized reports, dashboards, and respond to ad hoc reporting requests.
• Handle and implement third-party integrations and troubleshoot arising application issues.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or information systems or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in an Information systems operations environment (Analysis, Design & Development).
• 5+ years of professional experience developing and administering applications in Salesforce platform technologies (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud).
• 5+ years of experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, SOQL development, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience building and managing Communities.
• 5+ years of experience in SFDC Design, Analysis, Configuration, Customization, and Coding.
• 5+ years of experience with the SFDC data model and its data migration/integration capabilities.
• Strong reporting background using standard Salesforce reporting functionality.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, Jitterbit, or MuleSoft.
• Handle web services API integrations (REST & SOAP) with internal and third-party systems.
• 5+ years of experience with SCRUM/Agile Development practices.
