You design, develop, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and create workflows, Flows, and configurations within Salesforce.
• Develop and manage Salesforce Communities.
• Proactively identify system changes and communicate them to users before implementation.
• Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and handle ad hoc requests.
• Implement third-party integrations and troubleshoot application issues.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 10+ years of experience in Information Systems operations (Analysis, Design, Development).
• 5+ years developing and administering Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud).
• 5+ years in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years building and managing Communities.
• 5+ years in SFDC Design, Analysis, Configuration, Customization, and Coding.
• 5+ years with the SFDC data model, data migration, and integration capabilities.
• 3+ years with Salesforce tools like Data Loader, Jitterbit, or MuleSoft.
• 5+ years with SCRUM/Agile Development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Strong background in standard Salesforce reporting functionality.
• Experience handling web services API integrations (REST & SOAP) with internal and third-party systems.
