Description

You will align state agency needs with technology solutions and shape the overall IT strategy.

Responsibilities

• Create architectural models and diagrams across business, systems, data, and technology disciplines.
• Perform systematic reviews of business, security, service, and information systems for proposed solutions.
• Review enterprise IT projects and statewide procurements, including RFPs and RFQs, to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Evaluate current infrastructure and applications to identify improvements and assess risks associated with new initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, applications, data management, and systems development.
• 7+ years of experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, specifically TOGAF.
• 7+ years of experience in IT governance, including defining principles, standards, and frameworks.
• 7+ years of experience aligning enterprise architecture practices to business strategy and mapping strategy to IT capabilities.
• Proven experience working as a senior technologist within a complex, large-scale organization.
• Ability to evaluate third-party vendors and solutions for adherence to integration standards.
• Strong skills in systems analysis, design review, and requirement investigation.
