Description

You will design and implement technical solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to support marketing automation and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Architect Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including data models and technical specifications.
• Configure and customize customer journeys, email templates, and automation workflows.
• Implement personalized and dynamic content using AMPscript and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain data integrations and data extensions to ensure data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot configurations, automations, and integrations to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and JavaScript for platform customization.
• Experience with data modeling, data extensions, and data integration.
• Deep understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, and customer journeys.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.
