Description

You will manage the daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuration of timekeeping and HR systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor applications and integrations daily to ensure system stability.
• Troubleshoot and prioritize issues within timekeeping systems while developing proactive monitoring to prevent future failures.
• Partner with Payroll and HR teams to review major change requests and system enhancements.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide constructive feedback to the team.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in Human Resource, absence management, or timekeeping systems.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to probe technical experts and third-party vendors to determine optimal solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting and configuring Workday.
• Workday HCM expertise.
