Lead a development team and architect backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Architect, design, and implement backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and enforce coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java (version 8 or higher).
• Deep knowledge of the Spring Boot framework.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with GCP.
