Description

You provide global support for D365 Finance and Operations users, managing incidents, service requests, and access control.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage D365 FnO change management, including preparing implementation documents and conducting UAT with business users.
• Configure new Legal Entities, such as those in the UAE, based on existing global templates and documentation.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for the D365 deployment.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to translate business requirements into system functionalities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in D365 Finance and Operations.
• Deep functional knowledge of AP, AR, GL, C&B, Fixed Assets, Intercos, and Procurement.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles including assets, journals, vouchers, and chart of accounts.
• Proficiency with SSRS, Management Reporter, and Power BI.
• Fluent English communication skills for global user support.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience configuring Legal Entities in new regions.
• Background in Finance or HR systems integration.
