Technical Specialist

You will specialize in Telecom BSS/OSS solutions, integrating AI/ML capabilities into core network domains.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end BSS solutions covering Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management for CSPs.
• Implement and manage solutions within fixed, mobile, IoT, and convergence domains.
• Apply strong Python proficiency to develop data processing and ML workflows.
• Engineer backend applications using frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Telecom BSS/OSS domains.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including NumPy and Pandas.
• Experience with AI/ML lifecycle, including model training and deployment.
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI concepts.
• Working knowledge of backend web frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, or Django).
• Understanding of TM Forum standards and telecom architecture (5G concepts).
• Experience working with major telecom B/OSS COTS vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, RAG architecture, and prompt engineering.
