Description

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio and Public Sector Foundation tools.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio and Public Sector Foundation.
• Develop and document system designs, perform testing, and manage data migration components.
• Execute test plans and ensure quality delivery through unit testing and code reviews.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs.
• Support the Program Management Office and end-users by resolving technical requests and concerns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Developer.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Vlocity or OmniStudio platform.
• 5+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proven experience building applications in Salesforce Lightning and developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong background in integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Experience in data migration and designing new solutions on the OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related technical discipline.
