Description

Own data analysis, integration, and reporting workflows for public health systems using HL7 ELR, SQL, and Python/R.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain HL7 ELR workflows, ensuring seamless data exchange and integration.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for public health metrics and operational insights.
• Validate data integrity, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and automate routine data processing tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Manage reference checks and documentation for compliance and onboarding.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or technical specialist roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
• Practical knowledge of HL7 ELR standards and healthcare data integration.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain data dashboards and reporting tools.
• Experience with data integration patterns and troubleshooting data pipeline issues.
• Any Graduate degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public health data systems or government reporting standards.
• Familiarity with additional healthcare interoperability standards beyond HL7 ELR.
