Description

You manage data centre services, operational support, and end-user technology delivery in Singapore.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute technology changes and tooling designs while meeting project deadlines and budget constraints.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line operational support for data centre services and active server equipment.
• Plan and implement network and server installations, including rack layout, cable management, and power (AC/DC) and cooling systems.
• Mitigate infrastructure security vulnerabilities to protect data and intellectual property.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, MOPs, and implementation plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical infrastructure roles.
• Proven expertise in Linux System Administration.
• Strong background in Network Engineering.
• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Reliability Engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with Storage, Backup, and Physical Hosting solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud migration, security, and computing infrastructure.
• Ability to perform complex problem solving in unpredictable technical contexts.

Preferred Skills

• Tertiary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
