Description

You will lead the configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems and operational technology (OT) infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage servers, workstations, and databases, including OS installation and configuration within the OT environment.
• Oversee troubleshooting of OT software, hardware, and communication issues in collaboration with Gas operations and IT.
• Lead the planning and deployment of new applications, software upgrades, and security processes.
• Establish and maintain integration of remote field sites, ensuring compliance with cyber security regulations.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to ensure the safe, secure, and reliable operation of SCADA systems.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in an information technology-related discipline (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in information technology, with significant focus on OT/SCADA systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Perl, C#, or PowerShell.
• Advanced proficiency in database administration, specifically SQL and Oracle.
• Experience with field equipment including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), remote terminal units (RTUs), and flow computers.
• Ability to work revolving on-call schedules for 24/7 emergency response and support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Cyber Security Operations.
• SANS GIAC (Global Information Assurance Certification).
