Description

Lead the design, implementation, and management of ETL architectures and data integration processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement ETL architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Select and manage ETL tools including Informatica, SAP BODS, and Tableau.
• Monitor and optimize ETL job performance to resolve bottlenecks.
• Oversee data quality checks, validation processes, and security protocols.
• Mentor ETL developers and conduct technical performance evaluations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development and architecture.
• Proficiency with Informatica or SAP BODS.
• Expertise in SQL querying and database design using Oracle or SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse architecture and data modeling.
• Experience with Unix environments.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau.
• Knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Python or Java scripting.
