Description

Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow automation solutions, managing the full lifecycle of custom applications and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop large custom applications and automation workflows within ServiceNow.
• Create technical visions and define roadmaps for custom workflow automation and system integrations.
• Coordinate integrations between CMDB, Asset Database, ITSM, ITOM, billing, and ordering systems.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of custom automation apps, from requirement synthesis to testing and implementation.
• Promote governance for data models, data integrity, coding standards, and development processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of extensive design and development experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or Event Management.
• 7+ years of experience using Shell, Perl, Python, or Java scripting.
• 7+ years of experience optimizing ServiceNow data models and structures.
• 7+ years of experience translating complex customer requirements into integrated technical solutions.
• 7+ years of experience defining product visions and detailed technical roadmaps.
• Proven ability to enforce coding standards and manage data model integrity.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams with diverse technical disciplines.
• 7+ years of experience with IT infrastructure operations.
