Description

Provide technical and functional support for the JD E EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module, managing support tickets from initiation through closure and performing application testing and ERP administration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own support tickets for assigned modules, including second-level resolution of service requests and system defects.
• Manage high-severity user issues, reviewing root cause analyses, workarounds, and support documentation.
• Perform application testing for all system changes and projects.
• Administer the ERP in production environments, including database optimization, backup, and recovery.
• Troubleshoot issues at both the ERP and database levels and monitor the impact of software releases, support packs, and kernel upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with JDE Enterprise One, specifically the Sales & Distribution module.
• Techno-functional expertise in troubleshooting and supporting JDE environments.
• Experience supporting interfaces for MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive Pay, Labeling solutions, and Oracle APS.
• Ability to understand highly customized Manufacturing Accounting processes.
• Experience working in onsite-offshore models for application development and support.
• Capability to provide on-call support for high-severity issues after business hours.
