Description

You manage pole attachment requests for CATV, telephone, telecom, and government entities across the DEC territory.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Process pole attachment requests to attach, remove, or adjust client poles.
• Facilitate communication with utilities, engineering, and contractors to complete tasks.
• Create accurate invoices for MakeReady/Engineering Charges in Maximo or PeopleSoft.
• Review work for accuracy and maintain data in various applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft, JUMS, Argus, Maximo, and Spida.
• Experience processing contractor invoices for payment.
• Ability to perform intense data entry into various applications.
• Familiarity with FCC timelines and engineering processes.
• Ability to develop and review correspondence, reports, and technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to work accurately and independently.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with government entity regulations.
