Description

You will manage Puppet Enterprise servers and support internal team use cases through automated configuration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support Puppet Enterprise servers and software for internal team use cases.
• Develop, review, and deploy code for Puppet Enterprise to production environments.
• Codify changes across Windows and RedHat Linux operating systems.
• Maintain engineer-level and user-facing technical documentation.
• Apply SDLC patterns to manage code and deployments using git.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related experience in systems engineering or automation.
• Proficiency in Bash and PowerShell scripting.
• Strong command of RedHat Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience managing code with git.
• Practical knowledge of Linux environments.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining and producing code in Python.
• Management of pipelines using Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Ruby, Ansible, PowerApps, containerization, ADO Pipelines, Flask, Restful services, or web patterns using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
