Description

You will design and configure web forms and workflow automation using a cloud-based government modernization platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure interactive web forms for citizens, ensuring strict usability and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Conduct user research and requirements gathering to inform design decisions and validate business rules.
• Develop and test responsive web applications across various browsers and devices.
• Perform usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on form designs.
• Query databases and generate reports using SQL and Power BI.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with REST API integration.
• 4+ years of proficiency in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 4+ years of experience with prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• 4+ years of expertise in web accessibility standards (WCAG) and compliance.
• 4+ years of experience with form-building tools such as SimpliGov, Microsoft Forms, WuForm, or Formstack.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL querying.
• 4+ years of experience with Power BI.
• 4+ years of experience in visual design, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• 4+ years of experience with responsive design for mobile and desktop.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the SimpliGov platform.
