Description

You will design and configure web forms and workflow automations using cloud-based modernization platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure web forms following strict design guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Build automated workflows for citizen services using platform-based tools.
• Conduct user research, requirements gathering, and usability testing to refine digital interfaces.
• Ensure responsive layouts and cross-browser compatibility for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to validate business rules and workflows.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.
• 4+ years of experience with prototyping tools including Figma or Adobe XD.
• 4+ years of expertise in web accessibility standards and WCAG compliance.
• 4+ years of experience with REST APIs.
• 4+ years of experience with form-building tools such as SimpliGov, Microsoft Forms, WuForm, or Formstack.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL querying and Power BI.
• 4+ years of experience in visual design, typography, and layout hierarchy.
• 4+ years of experience in responsive design and browser compatibility testing.
• 4+ years of experience in usability testing and user-centered design principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with business rule testing and workflow validation.
