Description

You will deploy and maintain software in industrial customer environments, ensuring system stability and efficiency through remote access and direct site support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Wedge software deliveries and updates directly to industrial mill sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system, software, and network issues using integrated AI assistance.
• Configure systems in customer production environments primarily via remote connection.
• Support end-users and product personnel with high-level software assistance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience in enterprise application deployment.
• Solid foundation in Windows server environment administration.
• Proficiency with SQL Server tools and database management.
• Experience with Java programming language for configuration tasks.
• Ability to maintain data interface programs including OPC, databases, and REST APIs.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MySQL, Oracle, Citrix, AWS, and Azure environments.
• Familiarity with Industrial instrumentation and manufacturing systems (DCS, QCS, LIMS, ERP, MES).
