Description

You will design and develop custom ServiceNow automation solutions and large-scale applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of ServiceNow automation solutions and define the roadmap for custom workflows and system integrations.
• Design and implement integrations between CMDB, Asset Database, ITSM, ITOM, billing, and ordering systems.
• Manage the full lifecycle of custom automation applications, from requirement gathering and design to testing and implementation.
• Govern data models, data integrity, coding standards, and processes for all digitization and automation tools.
• Build dashboards and visualizations by leveraging various data sources for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical development roles.
• Expertise in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB and Asset Database management.
• Deep understanding of ITSM and ITOM frameworks.
• Experience designing and implementing complex system integrations.
• Ability to manage the complete software development lifecycle for custom applications.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with billing and ordering system integrations.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools for stakeholder reporting.
