Support sourcing engagements and optimize procurement platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute multiple sourcing engagements using GEP Smart or GEP NEXXE platforms.
• Configure and optimize GEP modules to align with client procurement strategies.
• Identify sourcing workflow improvements and recommend platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams on supplier selection and evaluation processes.
• Maintain documentation, dashboards, and metrics for sourcing effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in procurement technology, sourcing operations, or platform consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with GEP Smart or similar strategic sourcing platforms.
• Understanding of the sourcing lifecycle, supplier management, and category strategies.
• Familiarity with eRFx, auctions, contract management, and spend analytics modules.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in multi-client or shared services environments.
• Exposure to indirect and direct sourcing categories.
