You will support cloud services operations and project delivery across multi-cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• On-board customers to AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Resolve customer tickets involving various cloud services.
• Assist cloud services customers with technical issues and inquiries.
• Collaborate with the cloud services team on daily operational work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience utilizing native infrastructure services including IAM, Organizations, and Landing Zones.
• Experience with cloud security compliance.
• Knowledge of cloud networking services and technologies.
• Understanding of cloud high availability and redundant services/technologies.
