Description

You manage asset inventory and technical troubleshooting for infrastructure and telecom systems in Ohio.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical tickets using critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and perform data entry within asset management systems.
• Travel within the state of Ohio to support local infrastructure needs.
• Function independently with little to no supervision while working remotely within a team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 1+ years of data entry experience specifically within asset management.
• Experience working with telecom or VOIP infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel within the state of Ohio.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of VOIP and asset inventory processes.
