Description

You will provide on-site technical support for workstations, laptops, Macs, and associated device peripherals in Pennsylvania.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware including workstations, laptops, Macs, printers, docking stations, and scanners.
• Maintain device compliance and health across the fleet.
• Identify and resolve broken SCCM clients.
• Manage operating system updates and address application or OS-level issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical support experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Experience managing Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience with SCCM client maintenance and compliance tracking.
• Ability to work on-site in Pennsylvania.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
