Description

You will design, configure, and troubleshoot Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, specifically Saviynt, to automate identity lifecycles and enforce access governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure end-to-end Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) automated workflows across hybrid and cloud ecosystems.
• Build Access Request Systems (ARS), Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk matrices, and multi-level approval workflows, including time-bound firefighter roles.
• Establish complex access review paths for user manager, application owner, and entitlement owner certification campaigns.
• Develop and customize REST, SOAP, and SCIM connectors for target application onboarding and entitlement mapping.
• Act as the L3 point of contact to troubleshoot deep system sync drifts, environment bugs, and connectivity blockages.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of direct, hands-on engineering and configuration experience with Saviynt IGA / EIC solutions.
• Strong practical comfort with Java, .NET, or Python scripting for custom identity synchronizations and data cleanups.
• Solid grasp of global Identity & Access Management (IAM) architectures, Single Sign-On (SSO), and target directory syncs (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP).
• Experience handling target application onboarding using REST, SOAP, and SCIM protocols.
• Proficiency with API validation tools like Postman to run custom identity synchronizations.
• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / M.Tech / MS or equivalent) in a technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant industry certifications (Saviynt L100/L200 or AI Age).
• Familiarity with Linux environments or relational databases (SQL, Oracle).
