Description

Lead the architectural design and implementation of Voice and AV infrastructure for new DHHS campus environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Voice/AV architecture for new building construction and campus deployments.
• Develop technical standards, blueprints, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps.
• Lead the installation and deployment of Voice/AV technologies across new environments.
• Align Voice/AV requirements with business and IT objectives through stakeholder engagement.
• Manage team structure and resource levels to support ongoing Voice/AV business needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Voice/AV design and implementation for enterprise environments.
• Extensive expertise with IP Telephony, Softphones, and online collaboration tools including MS Teams and Webex.
• Proven track record managing Voice/AV technology projects from initial design through final installation.
• Expertise in Voice/AV architectural design specifically tailored for new building construction.
• Ability to identify and communicate complex Voice and AV needs to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience conducting market research on emerging Voice/AV technologies and industry trends.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NCDHHS infrastructure standards and protocols.
