Description

Design, develop, and manage ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.

You will own the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Create ServiceNow applications and modules through form design, workflow creation, and custom scripting.
• Customize incident, change, and problem management modules for specific business needs.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using web services and APIs.
• Debug and resolve platform issues involving scripts, workflows, or integrations.
• Write technical documentation for all configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow application and module creation.
• Experience with custom scripting and workflow design.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services and APIs for system integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex scripts and integrations.
• Experience configuring incident, change, and problem management modules.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
