Description

Lead Epic EHR implementation and optimization for state-operated psychiatric hospitals, driving workflow improvements and clinical system adoption.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical workflows and operational policies to implement Epic EHR solutions.
• Drive system and workflow improvements using Lean methodologies to address change barriers.
• Provide frontline support and elbow support during go-live to ensure patient safety and user experience.
• Manage testing activities and clinical needs prioritization in coordination with IT and business leaders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project planning, documentation, risk management, and vendor coordination.

Required Skills

• 8 years of Epic implementation experience.
• 5+ years of healthcare-related experience.
• 5 years of experience in project management, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• 5 years of experience in leadership, facilitation, and change management for cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to interact with executives, physicians, vendors, and technical staff.
• Strong ability to maintain composure and make quick decisions during crisis situations.
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Expertise in auditing high-risk workflows and implementing corrective action plans.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Lean process methodologies.
