Description

You will design and deliver SharePoint and web-based solutions to support preconstruction business processes and content management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design custom Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types to meet business requirements.
• Translate design requirements into clearly defined user stories for the development team.
• Prioritize and track progress on work items, deliverables, and project dependencies.
• Perform Quality Assurance testing and coordinate test validation for web-based deliverables.
• Draft and deliver technical training materials and documentation for re-engineered business processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience designing SharePoint and web-based content solutions.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven expertise in designing custom Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types.
• Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodology and the SDLC.
• Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance testing and business process re-engineering.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain complex business processes to IT users and IT applications to business users.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a SharePoint Business Analyst.
• Experience with Azure DevOps tool suite or Balsamiq Wireframes.
• Extensive experience in SharePoint Designer or Owner roles.
