Description

You will own business analysis and solution design for Construction and Materials and Tests business processes within the transportation lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design SharePoint and web-based content management solutions to support re-engineered business processes.
• Break down designs into manageable work items for development teams and track progress through completion.
• Perform quality assurance testing, coordinate test validation, and manage project rollouts.
• Consult with clients to prototype, refine, test, and debug applications to meet specific business needs.
• Draft and deliver technical training materials and user documentation for new IT applications.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst and SharePoint Business Analyst.
• 8 years of experience with SharePoint design, including lists, libraries, and content types.
• 8 years of experience designing and testing SharePoint and web-based content management solutions.
• 8 years of experience in business process evaluation and re-engineering.
• 8 years of experience with the application development life cycle and technical documentation.
• 8 years of experience using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• 2 years of experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps.
• 2 years of experience understanding NC DOT transportation lifecycle business processes.
• Demonstrated experience with Balsamiq and Azure DevOps tool suite.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of experience with SCRUM/Agile development methodology.
