Description

You administer Active Directory and resolve IT incidents for enterprise users. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve account, application, and data access issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with security policies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years administering Active Directory in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory 2008/2012.
• Experience with identity and access management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow for incident management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues independently.
• Experience documenting technical procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-site and multi-domain Active Directory setups.
• Knowledge of enterprise security principles and best practices.
